Brian Marrinan
Passionate about innovation, Brian created one of the world’s first fintech incubators in Boston, USA, 20 years ago. He went on to establish the first startup accelerator in Ireland 13 years ago, which has since been recognized as one of the top three accelerators in Europe.
Brian’s previous roles include:
Head of Talent Development at the leading global professional services firm EY
Head of Skills Development at the top Irish business school, the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School
Several other consulting roles in strategy and talent in Ireland, the UK and the US.
Brian is a regular speaker at international innovation conferences including, but not exclusive to ITB Berlin, Germany, The Aviation Festival, UK, The International Conference on Tourism Technology, India, EBN Annual Congress, Italy, Host, UK, Travel Tech Israel, Travel Massive Annual Forum, Germany, ICEEfest, Romania.
Brian holds an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a BSc in Business Information Systems.

Dr Clyde Hutchinson
Clyde is committed to global innovation and entrepreneurship. He has gained hands-on experience in the mobility, travel, tourism, bluetech, life sciences, and sustainability industries across 5 continents.
He leads several international innovation and startup programs and acts as co-lead at Propeller Shannon, a startup accelerator for aviation, traveltech, and UAV innovators at Shannon Airport in Ireland.
He is the founder of Viva Air Labs, Latin America’s first innovation hub for aviation in Medellín, Colombia. An experienced mentor and evaluator, he works with:
